I’m getting missing and falloff of power at wide open throttle and close-to-wide-open throttle with hard acceleration. I suspected the power transistor so I replaced it. No help. Then I replaced the connectors and looked at the ignition signals with an oscilloscope (should have done that before replacing stuff) and they look fine. Coils all test good, new plugs installed. I’m also getting a slight drop in rpm just as I step on the gas from idle. Rpm drops for a moment before picking up. I’ve been hunting for an induction leak but so far can’t find one. Maybe something got into my exhaust system and is clogging it? I’m about to wire an LED onto the EGR control solenoid to see if it is turning on. Can't hear any detonation. Need to tap the collective expertise of the group. Any ideas?
